Medium-speed Automatic Paper Plate Forming Machine was developed andresearched in order to meet the market requirement. It has integrated thepneumatic and the mechanic technologies, which makes it has the functions offaster working speed, higher safety-performance, safer operation and easiermaintenance than the conventional one. It adopts high efficient pressurizingair cylinder, so that the Max. pressure can reach to 5T ,Compared with the oilpressure one, it has the advantages of high speed, environment protection andhumanism design . Standard Paper plate machine has two working stations, eachstation install one set of mold and each station has separately PLC digitalcontrol and electric control. It is widely applied to make paper plate (oraluminum foil laminated paper plate) in round (rectangle, square, circular, orirregular) shape. Machine speed changes against the material (paper) thicknessand the plate size.
